Returns & Exchanges:

We hope you love your Shooshoos / Jeankelly ballet pumps as much as we do. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 calendar days to return them to us,  unused and in the original packaging.  This applies to both wholesale and online orders.  Please ensure that they are appropriately protected for their journey back to us. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us. If you would like to exchange your shoes you will be responsible for the return postage to us, but we will post out your replacement free of charge.  In either case please Contact Us and let us know that you intend to return or exchange your shooshoos.  Alternatively, please send us an email at shooshoosuk@gmail.com

Postage & Packaging:

We know you don’t want to wait for your new Shooshoos and aim to process your order on the same day it is received to be posted the next working day.royalmail

  • UK – Royal Mail 1st Class – estimated delivery time: Next working day
  • Europe – Royal Mail Airmail – estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide (Zone 1 & 2) – Royal Mail Airmail – estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days
  • Wholesale delivery costs will be calculated per order to get the best service and price available
